RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS

MLM Brand will accept returns shipped back within 10 days of the date on which your order has arrived. To request a return or exchange, please email hello@themlmbrand.com with your order number and details. We will then email you a FREE return shipping label.  Please use your original packaging if possible. A $5 restocking fee per item will be applied to all returns. All returned merchandise must be received by MLM Brand in its original condition, not having been worn or altered. Returned items that are damaged or altered will not be accepted. MLM Brand does not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from a retailer other than MLMBrand.com.

WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND?

We will send you an e-mail notification once your return is received and approved to be in good condition. If you are approved for a return/exchange, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days minus the $5 restocking fee per item returned.

ARE SHIPPING FEES REFUNDABLE?

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED ON SALE OR MARKDOWN?

No, products on sale or with markdown prices are final sale without exception. 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE A GIFT?

If you received MLM Brand piece as a gift, you can exchange it for another product or store credit—no receipt required. To initiate the gift exchange process, please send an email to hello@themlmbrand.com.

CAN I RETURN AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

All international sales are final, as we cannot issue return labels to non-U.S. customers at this time.
