The best bras might be made in Poland. Intimates, fashion and my home country? You bet this article was going to end up on my weekly round up. In all honesty, I had no idea polish bras had fans on the other side of the globe, and I’m embarrassed to admit that there are 0 Polish bras in my top drawer. Definitely getting one during my next trip to Poland or if I find one in Chicago — whichever one happens first. I’m curious to learn — do Polish breastfeeding and pumping-friendly bras come with similarly high accolades? Currently researching the topic.

Ellen DeGeneres launched a go-fund-me campaign with a goal of $5M to help the firefighters, residents, and animals of Australia. Earlier this week I posted a list of organization that are accepting donations intended to help a country in the midst of humanitarian crisis. Ellen joined a long list of celebrities (Kylie Jenner, Shawn Mendes, Elton John, Nicole Kidman, and Pink, among others). While financial support (in particular involving millions of dollars) is a privilege, let’s remember that every dollar counts. We can all work together to make a difference and help combat the natural devastation of the New South Wales region of Australia.

I listened to this beautiful, candid, and oh-so-relatable interview with Suzan Rice , former U.N. ambassador for the United States and national security adviser to President Obama. In the interview with NPR, she reflects on her career, motherhood, amazing opportunities, and toughest life decisions. "My now 22-year-old son, in fact, learned to walk in the halls of the State Department," recalls Rice. "And there were those who thought that was a little bit inappropriate for the staid halls of the State Department." But luckily, she says, she had the support of then Secretary of State Madeleine Albright. Women supporting women at its finest.
